How To Group Video Project

Videos are a great way to teach someone how to do something, be it simple or complex. You and your group need to come up with a task to teach your audience how to do. Make sure you know who your audience is going to me and create your video accordingly. (These cannot be computer program tutorials, think tying you shoe, making a sandwich, etc...).

You will be working in groups of three for this project. As a team, decide on a subject matter that appeals to all of your members. Do your research (if needed) about your topic to come up with a 60-second video that will accurately teach your lesson. You will first create a storyboard and a script detailing the order of your shots and text. You must turn this in first in order to check out a camera. Your approach could be using short videos and still images with a voice-over. Don't forget that your video should have proper shot composition and camera techniques! For each step, you will need text describing the step the audience is about to see and you will need an intro part of your video with text.

When you are finished with the How to Video Project, review the rubric to make sure you are meeting all of the requirements. Save the project with all of the last names from your group + docvid. Export the media. Submit the exported video into your Google Drice Video Project folder.
